Step-by-step plan
- First remove all dust and grease from the substrate.
- Do not stir Roof Seal Expert. Do not create any air bubbles during the drying process. Small cavities may form that could compromise the waterproofing barrier.
- Apply one generous coat with a brush at a rate of approx. 1.4 kg (= 1 litre) per m² on and around the problem area.
- Allow Roof Seal Expert to cure. During the curing process, it is impervious to splashed water and precipitation. If desired, sprinkle slate granules into the still-wet coat so it matches the rest of the roof.
