Rain Protect Hydrofuge Cream
Water-repellent protection of exterior walls
A colourless, water-repellent and breathable cream designed to protect exterior walls from penetrating rain and dirt. Rain Protect Hydrofuge Cream penetrates deep into any porous substrate and ensures a durable, vapour-permeable moisture barrier against water penetration. This prevents frost damage and combats the formation of moss. Thanks to its high concentration in the form of a cream, one coat is sufficient for long-term protection.

Step-by-step plan
- Remove the dust from the base. If the surface is very dirty, clean it with a high-pressure cleaner.
- Remove any paint residue and salt crystals with a hard brush.
- Fight green deposits, lichens and algae with ‘Stop green deposits’ or ‘Aquaplan self-cleaner’.
- Seal cracks larger than 0.2 mm with adapted colour mortar or mastic and repair poor grouting.
- Make sure the surface is dry before starting.
- Apply the Rain Protect Hydrofuge Cream undiluted in one thick layer from top to bottom with a block brush or roller.
- Rain Protect Hydrofuge Cream has a milky colour, but it becomes completely transparent as it dries.
- Can still be overpainted with acrylic paint systems.
