A universal cleaning product based on bio-based raw materials for intensively cleaning roofs and walls. The combination of specific active ingredients ensures that all dirt is loosened and broken down. There is no need to scrub or use a pressure washer. Results are noticeable after only a few days. Maximum results are achieved after a few weeks, depending on the amount and type of dirt. Garden Clean Bio Based is also the ideal product to prepare any substrate for further treatment, such as painting or protecting with a waterproof coating. It is made from bio-based raw materials and is biodegradable.

Step-by-step plan

  1. First remove any built-up dirt by hand for faster results
  2. Always shake the product vigorously before use. For powder-coated substrates, test it on an inconspicuous area first.
  3. Apply Garden Clean Bio Based undiluted with a brush or garden sprayer, preferably on a dry or slightly damp substrate at a rate of 5 - 10 m²/l. The amount of product required depends on the amount of dirt on the substrate. Cover if rain is expected within 24 hours.
  4. Leave Garden Clean Bio Based to soak in; it is self-cleaning.
  5. Once the dirt has been removed, the substrate can be treated with paint or a waterproof coating if required.
