Iso-Fill

Material for fastening IKO enertherm roof insulation

Iso-Fill is a special insulation foam for filling, sealing and insulating gaps between insulation boards and building structures. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.

  • Fills gaps between insulation boards and building structures
  • Insulates, fills and seals
  • Both indoors and outdoors

Step-by-step plan

  1. Remove all dust, dirt and grease from the substrate.
  2. It is advisable to lightly moisten highly absorbent substrates first.
  3. Shake the can vigorously for 20 seconds with the nozzle facing down.
  4. Remove the cap and put on the gloves. Screw the tube onto the nozzle.
  5. Hold the can with the nozzle facing down and fill the opening, working from the bottom upwards. Use a zigzag motion for openings wider than 3 cm. Do not fill the entire opening because the foam increases in volume.
  6. If the volumes to be filled are too large, work layer by layer, spraying with water between each layer.
  7. When taking a break of longer than 5 minutes, the tube must be cleaned, and the can must be shaken vigorously before using it again.
  8. Any excess foam can be removed with a knife after curing.
