Professional waterproofing for your foundations. The flexible bitumen emulsion ensures universal waterproofing for all materials underground. The product forms a seamless barrier against humus, dilute organic acids and alkalis, etc.

Step-by-step plan
- Ensure the surface is sound and free of loose particles.
- First remove all dust and grease from the substrate.
- Lightly moisten the surface with water.
- Apply a first coat of Foundation Protect Flex Sealer diluted with approx. 10% water with a brush or roller at a rate of approx. 1 kg/m². Protect each coat from rain for at least 4 hours.
- After the first coat has fully cured, apply a second, undiluted coat of Foundation Protect Flex Sealer with a brush or roller at a rate of approx. 1 kg/m² per coat. This takes about 24 hours. Depending on the porosity of the substrate and the desired degree of protection, a third, undiluted coat can be applied.
