Wall Protect Salt Stop

Prevents salt deposits on your wall

Wall Protect Salt Stop is a salt neutraliser that ensures that the salts inside the bricks crystallise and do not reoccur. This prevents the salts from affecting the appearance of the stone. It also protects the bond with any (waterproof) plaster.

  • Prevents salt deposits
  • Ideal primer for wall products
  • Reduces the transport of moisture

Step-by-step plan

  1. The substrate must be grease-free and free of loose particles. Brush off any salt efflorescence beforehand.
  2. Depending on the situation, apply one or several coats with a brush or pressure sprayer.
  3. During application and drying, the temperature should not drop below 0°C.
  4. After drying for 4 hours, a subsequent build-up with cement-bonded materials can be applied. Wait at least 24 hours before applying acrylic or silicate paints.
  5. Some salts may surface during the drying process; you can simply brush these off.
