Step-by-step plan
- Ensure that the substrate is dry, clean and free of grease.
- Roughen smooth surfaces to improve adhesion.
- Wear the supplied gloves.
- Apply a strip of Roof Repair Tile-Fix to the top of the highest tiles. Press the ridge cap firmly into the paste. If necessary, remove the gloves so you don't get the ridge dirty.
- Cut away any excess product with a spatula. This can be reused.
- Smooth all joints with a spatula.
