Waterproof renewal coating for gutters made from all commonly used materials.

A solvent-free, odourless, ready-to-use coating made from flexible hybrid polymers. It is a self-levelling renewal coating for permanently repairing and protecting gutters made from all commonly used materials. When cured, it forms a waterproof, maintenance-free, elastic and seamless coating. It protects your gutters from corrosion, acid rain, UV rays and other aggressive environmental influences.

Step-by-step plan

  1. First make the substrate dry, dust- and grease-free.
  2. Roughen the surface to be treated intensively with steel brush and degrease with a solution of water and ammonia or synthetic degreaser. NOTE : treat new metal only after 6 months.
  3. Tape up visible holes with a piece of masking tape to prevent seepage.
  4. Pour Roof Coating Gutters onto the prepared substrate and spread it lightly immediately with a brush at a rate of 0.450 to 0.500 L/m² (layer thickness = ± 0.5 mm). One coat is sufficient. In extreme cases, a second coat may be applied after 24 h. Reinforce larger cracks with a polyester mat Anti-Crack between 2 layers of Roof Coating Gutters.
