  • What’s the difference between Roof Renew, Roof Coating Regular, Roof Coating Strong and Roof Coating Expert, and when should I use which one?

    Roof Renew: A waterproof coating, extra reinforced with microfibres, for use on bitumen roofing membranes as well as wood, masonry, cement rendering, concrete and metal.

    Solvent-based, so the substrate must be dry. It can be applied at temperatures below 5°C.

    Always use Roof Primer Roofing first, then apply two coats of Roof Renew crosswise.

    It prolongs the life of your bitumen roof by at least 3 years.

    Roof Coating Regular: A waterproof coating, extra reinforced with microfibres, for use on bitumen roofing membranes as well as wood, masonry, buried walls and foundations. It can be applied to damp substrates.

    An ecological formula, it is water-based. Must be applied at temperatures above 5°C.

    Always use Roof Primer Roofing first, then apply two coats of Roof Coating Regular crosswise.

    It prolongs the life of your bitumen roof by at least 3 years.

    Roof Coating Strong: An elastic and waterproof rubber coating for repairing bitumen roofing membranes.

    For use on bitumen roofing membranes as well as wood, masonry, buried walls and foundations.

    An ecological formula, it is water-based. The substrate must be dry.

    Always use Roof Primer Roofing first, then apply two coats of Roof Coating Strong crosswise.

    Must be applied at temperatures above 5°C.

    It prolongs the life of your bitumen roofing membrane by at least 5 years.

    Roof Coating Expert: Universal, elastic and waterproof roof covering for renovating your roof.

    It adheres to almost any substrate in one coat. There is no need to apply a primer.

    It can be used on bitumen roofing membranes (roofing), shingles, slates, tiles, wood, corrugated sheets, aluminium, zinc, lead, hard PVC, concrete, masonry, stone, porous tiles, etc.

    It can even be applied during light rainfall.

    The light grey colour ensures UV reflection and a cooler roof.

    It prolongs the life of your roofing membrane by at least 7 years.

    Solvent-free, it’s made of acrylic.

  • How to perform a repair on an EPDM roof.

    A tear in an EPDM roof is always repaired by gluing a new piece on top.

    Round off the corners of the new piece of EPDM; sharp corners always come loose.

  • How to repair a leaking gutter.

    You can repair zinc or metal gutters with our 2-component Roof Coating Gutters.

    First, cover small cracks with a piece of masking tape.

    You can also use Roof Seal Expert or Roof Coating Expert for this.

  • I have an old bitumen membrane roof with a leak I can’t find. What should I do, or how do I proceed?

    Look for blisters or cracks; repair or seal them with our repair mastic.

    Then we recommend fully protecting the roof by applying one of our products, such as

    Roof Coating Regular, Roof Coating Strong, Roof Repair Regular, or Roof Coating Expert.
